Is there any fee involved with working for PsychicsNeeded?

No, not at all.  Our positions are actual jobs with networks that advertise.  You don't pay us or the network any fee to work. 

Will I need to advertise myself?

Nope!  Our networks do all the advertising through internet ads, magazine ads, email campaigns, radio spots... even T.V. commercials.  You just need to concentrate on doing readings... after all, that's what we're paying you for!

Do I have to sell anything?

Nope!  No upselling, no club memberships, no begging for ratings, no address and personal information capture... again, we really, really just want you to do what you do best... provide compassionate, accurate readings for our clients.

Who pays me?

You'll be paid by us through our primary corporation, Bassador Company, Inc.  Checks are sent weekly.

Is this just a part-time job?  Is it temporary?

Well, its what you want it to be.  We do prefer to work with readers who are looking for a long-term commitment.  We've been managing intuitive advisors since 1999, and have readers working with us today who have been with us since the beginning!  As far as part time or full time, its up to you too!  Many of our readers work part-time, while most work with us as their primary source of income.

There are a lot of companies that claim to pay much more, upto 75% of the customer rate.  Why doesn't PsychicsNeeded pay that much?

Basically, our business structure is different then most of the psychic jobs advertised today.  With most of those positions, they use a service like Keen or Kasamba, that allows someone to put up an ad, decide on a per minute charge, and then accept calls.  However, these websites aren't advertising for you, and have hundreds, even thousands, of different listings, just like yours.  Its great if you know how to advertise, have a large pre-existing clientele, and have a budget to promote yourself.  However, if you feel that you are better at being a Tarot Reader, Psychic, and/or Astrologer then you are at marketing, then you should consider working for Psychics Needed.  Login, take calls, provide readings, and get paid for your time. 

I don't have any experience, but I'm a hard worker and learn fast.  Can you teach me?

No, sorry.  Our clients have come to expect a level of quality that is unique among the many options for psychic readings available today.  Our readers all come to us with various experiences in providing intuitive services to clients.  We only hire the best, and our clients know it!  Its why we have one of the highest customer retention rates in the industry!

I am interested in recruiting psychics for your company... how do I apply?

Unfortunately we are not hiring recruiters at this time.  We are always searching for excellent advisors to add to our service, and we feel its better to put the compensation in the hands of our readers rather then hire an additional level of management.  We do, however, offer a referral bonus to our readers for recommending new readers.

Ok, I'm ready to work.  When can I get started?

Great, we appreciate your enthusiasm.  Our hiring process begins with completing our online application.  After we receive your application, (usually 1-2 business days) we'll send you an email with directions for the next step.  Before you are hired, you'll have one telephone interview and provide at least 2 sample readings.
